Today we picked up our first new car in nearly 10 years from Dunning Toyota in Ann Arbor! We were really uncertain about how difficult buying a new car would be. (though we had done our research and knew we wanted a Toyota hybrid.) Our sales person Dusty Orick was really terrific! He made everything understandable, answered all our questions patiently, and went out of his way to solve what could have been a problem for us. Today he explained the car's functions, carefully and in detail so I could drive it home without feeling too nervous! Whatever he promised, Dusty carried through on in a timely manner. We are really pleased. I am retired now, but was in retail sales for 16 years, Dusty is a great person to work with, a real "straight shooter" as we liked to say years ago.

Overall, my experience with Dunning Toyota was positive. Kyle Taylor was my salesman, promptly contracted me when a used car in my price range came into stock (even before it appeared online). He also came in on his day off to help me. There was an miscommunication with financing that upset me, but Dunning was able to fix the issue after I brought it to their attention which I respect.

Great group of service members I had to move from Dallas to Ann Arbor and switch my license plates and Texas you have to have a plate in the front and the back and there was a little additional work on that you normally wouldn't have to do I'm at home I pulled up they did it right on the spot wash my car check my tires and just gave me some hot coffee and just were really really wonderful thank you so much boys!

I'm very weary of salespeople in general but he made the whole experience enjoyable, stress-free and no BS. Great car shopping experience. Joel was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were trying different models to see which ones we like the best, and tried a Corolla, a Camry, and a Rav4. All three models brought different things to the table, and in the end we like the Rav4 the best, closely followed by the Camry, but really the Corolla was no slouch either. Now just waiting for the right trim level Rav4 to come in our budget.
